36 Square Capital invests into Rio Tinto (NYSE:RIO.N)

Luxembourg, January 18th 2022. 36 Square Capital is announcing today a first investment into Rio Tinto representing 10% of its total portfolio. Investment was done through American Depository Receipt NYSE:RIO.N.

This investment has been done considering the current size of Rio Tinto to its other major competitors worldwide being BHP & Glencore. RioTinto has very solid financial fundamentals and high ROE/ROIC with a below 1 debt to equity ratio. The high dividend yield obviously has been taken into account as well.
